Functional area: Procurement
 

As a "Tactical Buyer" in Procurement OPEA, you will be jointly responsible for our operational procurement in the direct purchasing of materials & services. Your main focus will be on the realisation of different requirements, tactical procurement and cooperation with internal stakeholders & suppliers in day-to-day business.

Role Responsibilities 

• Tactical procurement in line with the product group strategy
• Checking the quality and completeness of purchase requisitions and coordinating with internal stakeholders
• Triggering purchase orders in SAP
• Tracking order confirmations, delivery notifications, etc.
• Archiving documents in accordance with local requirements
• Support in investigating the root cause analysis of invoice discrepancies
• Maintaining procurement data for tactical procurement 
• Solving availability problems in coordination with the requisitioners
• Coordination of delivery and quality deviations with the respective requisitioner

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical training or completed studies
• Relevant professional experience in operational purchasing 
• Confident handling of SAP-MM module
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders & suppliers 
• Good communication skills in Polish and English, both verbal and written
• Goal-orientated approach to work, commitment and willingness to learn and develop
• Service-orientation and "get the job done" mentality
