We are seeking a motivated and structured Working Student to join our Operations Team for Thor Offshore Windfarm. In this role, you will assist with a variety of tasks, including creating and maintaining SharePoint sites, preparing professional PowerPoint presentations, supporting different workstreams to improve operational activities, and handling other administrative and project-related tasks. This is a great opportunity for a student to gain practical experience in the operational readiness phase of an offshore windfarm.
The team you work with will be mainly local based on Thorsminde area, but also from other places in Denmark, Germany, and UK and within the global functions for offshore, engineering and many different experts. In the role you will form relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About the job:
- Collaborating closely with Thor Operations Team, shaping our development in Denmark´s largest offshore windfarm to date
- Designing and maintaining engaging SharePoint sites tailored to department needs, alongside crafting meaningful, high-quality PowerPoint presentations
- Supporting the team to ensure the seamless implementation of global solutions and learnings, optimizing project planning for greater efficiency
- Recommending and introducing innovative solutions to enhance workflows and streamline processes
- Organizing and managing data and content to keep our operations efficient and accessible as well as other support tasks
Job Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, particularly in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint)
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Work approximately 2-3 days per week with flexibility during exam periods
About Thor
RWE is developing the largest offshore windfarm in Denmark to date, Thor, which will be built 22 kilometers off the coast of Thorsminde on the west coast of Jutland with a capacity of more than 1 GW. 72 units of Siemens Gamesa’s flagship SG 14-236 DD offshore wind turbines are planned to be installed. Once fully operational in 2027, Thor will produce green electricity to more than 1 million Danish households.
