About the role

  • Gain valuable knowledge and experience of: 
    • working within the Document Management function for Offshore projects
    • the influence on project budget, time and quality requirements
    • ensuring traceability for all documentation during all phases of the project, including handover and operations
  • Assist the team e.g. with:
    • processing, quality checking, tracking and reporting for Offshore project documentation
    • the provision and receipt of data and communications to/from contractors
    • the reporting of progress to project managers

 

Job requirements and experience

  • You´re an enrolled student in a business or IT-related degree. We count on your attention to details, your willingness to understand document management principles and relationship building.
  • Your degree course is eligible for a year in industry placement
  • You have very good verbal and written communication skills
  • You´re able to coordinate your own workload and to meet tight deadlines
  • Working in a diverse team environment and dealing with a range of stakeholders every day is something you feel comfortable with
  • You´re open to travel to other sites if needed. Travel expenses will be covered by us
