- Gain practical insight into the engineering activities required to develop and build an offshore wind farm.
- Build project management experience across the delivery lifecycle.
- Coordinate technical interfaces between project work packages.
- Develop an understanding of the critical importance of safety in design and operation.
- Take ownership of defined tasks supporting offshore wind farm design, delivery and construction.
- Apply analytical and organisational problem-solving skills to engineering challenges.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary technical optimisation across the project.
- Support effective risk management throughout engineering activities.
- Ongoing studies in an engineering or science-based discipline.
- Eligibility to complete a year in industry placement as part of the degree programme.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate workloads independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Confidence working in a diverse team environment and engaging with a range of stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to other UK sites when required, with travel expenses covered.

- A minimum of five years’ residence in the UK due to the potential requirement for National Security Vetting.
- Knowledge of one or more elements of an offshore wind farm.

This position is aimed at those currently studying who are eligible for a Year in Industry Placement. For those who will be graduating Summer 2027 we encourage you to apply for our graduate programme which will be advertised in January 2027.
An offer of employment in this role may require holding active or ability to pass National Security vetting to SC level. Failure to obtain and or maintain National Security Vetting to SC may result in the removal of job offers and or existing employment.
