About the role

• Gain valuable knowledge and experience of 
  • working at the intersection of compliance and technology 
  • the digitalization of the compliance department
  • compliance regulations 
  • streamlining internal processes
  • data management skills
• Actively support the team e.g. with 
  • developing and implementing digital solutions to streamline compliance workflows
  • utilising workflow automation software and compliance monitoring tools effectively
  • applying relevant compliance regulations in a digital context
  • migrating and managing compliance data on digital platforms
  • ensuring data integrity, security and governance 

 
Job requirements and experience
 

• You´re an enrolled student in one of the following degree courses: Business Administration, Law, Computer Science or Information Technology 
• Your degree course is eligible for a year in industry placement
• Looking at your current performance overview you are on track to graduate with a 2.1 or higher 
• You have very good verbal and written communication skills
• You´re able to coordinate your own workload and to meet tight deadlines
• Working in a diverse team environment and dealing with a range of stakeholders every day is something you feel comfortable with
• You have a basic understanding of Compliance and Legal Frameworks and/or basic coding, understanding of databases and familiarity with digital tools and/or the ability to analyse plus interpret data and to use data analysis software
• Motivation is crucial. Your cover letter will tell us why you´re a suitable candidate for this opportunity, and how it aligns with your studies & career plans

Advantageous, but not essential

• You are familiar with Digital Transformation and Information Technology in business
• You have hands-on experience with workflow automation tools, compliance monitoring systems and other relevant technologies
