Site & Commissioning Manager for plant construction / power supply

Location – Swindon

Contract Type – Permanent

Key Responsibilities

 

  • We are looking for site managers to oversee our diverse projects and building sites, such as the construction of new H2 plants or the demolition of conventional power stations.
  • Responsibility for (complete) construction site management with a focus on compliance with costs,
  • programme, the agreed quality and especially HSE requirements
  • Coordinating and supervising construction and erection works, especially with regard to compliance with
  • arrangement and construction drawings
  • Representing RWE´s interests on the construction site

 

Knowledge & Skills

 

  • Engineering degree or comparable alternative qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in construction management
  • High degree of flexibility and interdisciplinary understanding
  • Organisational talent, strategic thinking and foresight
  • First hand leadership experience, strong sense of responsibility and high degree of commitment
  • Very good team player

 

Advantage, not a must

 

  • Language skills German or Dutch
  • Ability to lead a team of managers covering different disciplines on a construction site
