Senior Project Manager - Real Estate

Location – Swindon, UK

Contract Type – Permanent

Working Hours – Full time

Main Purpose of the Role

As a Senior Project Manager in Real Estate, you will be responsible for international and cross-location projects. Depending on the project goal, you coordinate the various activities and manage the necessary project participants and the project team. Furthermore, as a team we represent the interface to our international (office) locations. With us, you can expect a dynamic job where building and maintaining relationships, making practical decisions and moving forward will be an integral part of your daily work.


Key Responsibilities

  • International project management in the area of global real estate management for a wide range of office projects (new openings, conversions, extensions, hybrid work, restructuring ...)
  • Cooperation with international real estate functions
  • Promote a consistent approach and framework for project implementation and handover into day-today business
  • Realisation of synergy effects


Knowledge & Skills

  • Completed studies in business administration, engineering or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of real estate or comparable commercial as well as customer-oriented functions and experience in dealing with international projects
  • Very high willingness to travel (nationally/internationally) and flexibility to work also across time zones
  • Experience in dealing with stakeholders and partners combined with interdisciplinary understanding
  • Strong analytical thinking as well as initiative and commitment
  • Confident handling of all MS Office products (especially Excel, MS Project)


Advantageous, but not a must:

  • Fluent written and spoken German
