  • Ensure trading activities remain within agreed limits by monitoring, challenging, and escalating where needed
  • Produce clear, insightful reports for the Board and senior Management
  • Perform independent valuations and stress-test new products and ideas
  • Monitor market developments and communicate key changes to decision-makers
  • Contribute to business projects, process improvements, and ad-hoc initiatives
  • Continuously develop your skills and bring fresh ideas and best practices to the team

  • An independent mindset with the confidence to challenge and improve existing processes
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence through clear analysis
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

  • Knowledge of RWEST products, risk frameworks, and trading operations
  • Experience with Endur and/or MicroStrategy
  • An understanding of trading desk strategies and products

What we value most is someone who continuously demonstrates courage, thrives to create impact and seeks to build trusting, collaborative relationships. So, even if you think you do not yet display all of the skills listed above we would still like to hear from you.
