Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) - Offshore Windpark Arkona -12 months fixed term contract

As a Warehouse Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the efficient management and organization of the warehouse to ensure the smooth operation of the Arkona Offshore Wind Farm. In addition, you will coordinate material flows and logistics processes and support the preparation and follow-up of offshore activities.
About the Role:
- Responsibility for the storage and management of spare parts, consumables and tools
- Preparation and follow-up of offshore activities
- Compilation and provision of tools, spare parts and personal protective equipment (PPE) for service teams
- Management and organization of employees’ personal protective equipment
- Inspection, maintenance and upkeep of tools and consumables
- Management of lifting equipment and slinging gear
- Organization and management of materials requiring repair
- Conducting regular inventories and maintaining stock records
- Processing and documentation of deliveries and returns
- Coordination of waste disposal, including the required documentation
- Updating and maintaining the hazardous substances register
- Documentation of operational and consumable materials
- Supporting the development and implementation of internal standards and processes
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training in a technical/trades-related field or warehouse/logistics management, e.g. as a warehouse logistics specialist
- Several years of professional experience in warehouse management
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP MM
- Very good knowledge of applicable occupational health and safety regulations
- Basic knowledge of the German Hazardous Substances Ordinance (GefStoffV)
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Driving license category B as well as C/CE
- Valid forklift operator's license
- Willingness to work shifts
- High level of flexibility, resilience and initiative
- Excellent organizational skills as well as an independent and structured approach to work
- Willingness to work in Jemgum and onboard an SOV within a 13/15 rotation pattern, as well as in a rotating shift system including day and night shifts
