Remuneration: EUR 41,500 – EUR 69,500 (Annual gross Total Target Compensation)
The job reports to the Regional Site Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operation and maintenance of wind farms efficiently and effectively, in accordance with best practices and technical excellence objectives, through internal resources and/or third-party suppliers.
- Manage and oversee third-party suppliers within the assigned geographical area from both a technical and HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) perspective, as well as from an economic standpoint.
- Manage balance of plant (BOP) operation and maintenance activities, including civil works, substations and associated infrastructure.
- Maintain relationships with the Grid Manager, ENEL and Terna to support the safe and efficient operation of local wind farms.
- Collect and analyse operational data, preparing reports on production, availability, maintenance, spare parts management and related activities.
- Prepare monthly management reports, including budget versus actual comparisons for both technical and financial aspects.
- Support the Regional Site Manager in managing relationships with RWE business functions, monitor supplier performance from a contractual perspective, and provide feedback on service quality to support supplier selection and evaluation.
- Apply O&M and HSSE business processes, proposing improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Skills Required
- Diploma from an Industrial Technical Institute in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, with 2–5 years of experience in maintenance management and/or the operation of renewable energy plants and asset management.
- Previous experience in O&M activities for renewable energy generation facilities.
- Ability to work across both mechanical and electrical/electronic disciplines, with appropriate training where required.
- Knowledge of key environmental regulations and health and safety standards applicable to industrial plants.
- Experience managing relationships with organisations and/or companies responsible for the operation and/or maintenance of production plants.
- Ability to implement operational procedures and maintenance management processes.
- Previous experience in medium-sized or large organisations is preferred.
- Good written and spoken English, with native-level fluency in Italian.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Knowledge of CAD.
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
