About the role

• Support the payroll process in collaboration with the external payroll provider, including managing monthly changes, reviewing, controlling, and processing payrolls
• Assist the HR Business Partner in providing administrative and labor law advice to employees
• Support personnel administration tasks, including managing time records, monitoring vacation balances, coordinating weekly schedules, maintaining personnel files, updating official calendars, ensuring compliance with collective agreements, and tracking absences and leaves
• Prepare administrative, payroll, and personnel cost reports
• Assist in various cross-country HR processes, such as resource planning, skills development, and performance management

Job requirements and experience

• Degree in Law, Economics, Human Resources/Labour Relations
• Post graduate Course in Human Resources or related disciplines high desirable;
• Knowledge of Italian labour legislation;
• High command of the Office package (Excel, Word and Power-Point);
• Native Italian and high level of English;
• Ability to work in a team and communication skills
