Juriste – Droit de la construction et des marchés publics H/F

 

Nous recherchons un juriste expérimenté et motivé pour soutenir nos activités en énergies renouvelables en évolution croissante avec un focus sur l’éolien terrestre et photovoltaïque. 
En tant que juriste au sein de l’équipe juridique construction et marchés publics pour l’Onshore et le Photovoltaïque en Europe et Australie, vous travaillerez aux côtés des membres de l’équipe juridique de RWE Renouvelables France et les autres fonctions support pour apporter des services complets et harmonisés aux équipes de RWE Renouvelables France.

 

Missions :
•    Apporter des conseils juridiques aux activités de RWE Renouvelables France Onshore en Europe et Australie i.e éolien onshore, photovoltaïque, batteries solaires avec un focus sur la construction et les opérations en France
•    Être un conseiller clé pour tous les sujets légaux des projets de RWE Renouvelables France 

•    Conseiller sur les contrats en marchés publics, y compris la rédaction des brouillons et la négociation de la documentation 

•    Fournir un soutien (y compris assurer la liaison avec un avocat externe) dans les situations de règlement des différents

 

•    S’assurer de la standardisation et proposer des améliorations des processus

•    Développer des solutions personnalisées quand nécessaire pour faire face aux challenges

•    Mettre en place et développer des relations de travail transverses et multiculturelles avec les équipes légales mais également avec les équipes dans les régions concernées et au niveau groupe 

 

Profil :

 

•    Master 2 en Droit 

•    Minimum 4 ans d’expérience dans le droit de la construction et des marchés publics dans un cabinet d’avocats ou un entreprise internationale, de préférence dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables
•    Excellentes compétences commerciales, techniques et stratégiques 

•    Compétences en organisation, d’analyse et en communication
•    Attitude service clients et approché axée solutions
•    Intérêt de travailler dans une équipe internationale (déplacements occasionnels)
•    Flexibilité et habilité à travailler sous la pression, à prioriser et dans le respect des deadlines
•    Français et anglais courant

 

Legal Counsel - Construction & Procurement Law H/F

 

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and self-confident Legal Counsel supporting our fast-growing renewable energies business in France with a strong focus on wind onshore as well as photovoltaic. 

 

As a Legal Counsel within the Construction & Procurement Law Team for Onshore and PV in Europe and Australia you will work alongside other members of the RWE Renewables Legal Team and engage with other support functions to deliver a holistic and streamlined service to the business of RWE Renewables in France.

 

Provide legal support to procurement activities of the RWE Renewables business onshore in Europe and Australia, i.e. wind onshore, PV, battery storage, with a focus on construction and operation in France but also to a limited degree support of intergroup activities (including other technologies) of RWE in France and other countries. 

 

Missions

 

•    Be one of the key legal advisors handling all legal matters of RWE Renewables’ renewable energy projects

•    Advise the business on procurement contracts, including development of drafts and negotiation of related documentation, balance of plant agreements (BoPs), EPC(I) & turnkey contracts, purchase agreements for components, O&M agreements and service agreements. 

•    Provide support (including liaising with external counsel) in related dispute resolution situations

•    Drive standardization and process improvement initiatives

•    Develop non-standard, customized solutions when needed to address complex project challenges 

•    Establish and nurture effective cross-functional and cross-cultural working relationships with legal but also business colleagues in the regions of interest and the wider Group
 

Profile

 

•    Graduated in law and qualified as legal advisor in France, further qualification in further jurisdiction is beneficial

•    At least 5 years of professional experience of working in construction and procurement law in an international law firm or company, preferably in the renewables energy sector

•    Outstanding commercial, technical and strategic understanding

•    Organizational, analytical and communication skills

•    Customer centrism and solution-oriented mindset 

•    High level of engagement, enjoy working in an international team including travel

•    Flexibility and ability to work professionally and accurately under pressure and challenging deadlines as well as to prioritize your tasks

•    Personal drive, willingness to take initiative and high level of commitment

•    Very good command of French and English language is essential
