Rampion Offshore Wind Farm, a pioneering force in renewable energy, is seeking a skilled and committed applicant to join our team as a warehouse coordinator. As a warehouse coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our advanced wind turbines here at Rampion, this being part of RWE’s large global fleet in offshore Wind.
About the Role:
- Manage our stock holding: Ensuring accurate recording of goods in movements, stock checking, and consumption of parts and consumables used
- Track and maintain our tools: Track, pack, and inspect tooling used by the offshore teams to ensure the equipment is safe to use and fit for purpose
- Ensure all equipment conforms to PUWER regulations: Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to get calibration and inspections carried out in a timely manner on all appropriate equipment, all whilst ensuring sufficient equipment is available if needed
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the team, whilst developing safer ways of working
- Logistics: Manage the couriers and hauliers that are used for goods coming in to site as well as leaving site. This will also include all relevant customs documentation
- Hazardous goods management: You will be responsible for ensuring the site follows procedures in managing hazardous goods and making sure COSHH and IMDG regulations are adhered to
Job requirements and experience:
- Warehouse Background: An extensive background in warehousing, stock control, or stock management
- Safety Focus: A focus on safety and a thorough understanding of HSSE regulations
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think critically and find innovative solutions
- Attention to detail: A meticulous focus on detail and the ability to work with extensive data sets
- Physical Fitness: The capacity to perform the role through what can be a long working day whilst still maintaining good focus and attention to detail
- Teamwork: Proficient interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
- Flexibility: A willingness to work a shift pattern and occasionally work offshore as required
Advantageous, but not essential:
- A relevant NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification

- Warehousing manager or operative
- Logistics manager or operative
- Stock Controller
- Navy, Army, or Air Force
- Conventional Power Generation
- Infrastructure and Utilities Stores person
- Train or Airplane Stores person
