Our 18-months Renewables Graduate Programme is designed for you to get in-depth business insights, build up your own international network and bring your knowledge into diverse projects. We have a clear focus on providing you with a general overview on the whole value chain. We have an enviable team culture, the support of a global company with 19,000 employees and an exciting Australian pipeline of renewable energy projects.

Commencing in February 2025, we have two graduate opportunities within the following disciplines:

• Engineering (Electrical or Mechatronics);
• Development

Who we are looking for: Talents shaping the energy transition 

• You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of engineering or science (physics, geoscience, geoinformatics, environmental science, biological oceanography etc.) 
• You have a passion for renewable energy and sustainability;
• You have advanced reasoning skills for complex problem solving, and a strategic and forward-thinking mindset;
• You’re curios, open towards change and have the self-belief to question the status quo; 
• You’re motivated to take initiative and to promote your own ideas as well as concepts. 
• You are able to interact and connect in cross-cultural teams, with a sense for diversity and inclusion;
