Your Tasks
- Ensure compliance with all legislative and corporate safety, health, and environmental standards through effective operational practices
- Develop and implement risk-based maintenance strategies to optimise asset availability and commercial performance
- Plan and control discipline-specific maintenance budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and cost-effective delivery
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation, identifying opportunities to adopt best practices from across RWE Generation
- Lead, engage, and develop team members to foster a positive culture and build future capability within the O&M function
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
Your profile
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in asset maintenance within your discipline area
- Senior-level maintenance expertise with the ability to influence, collaborate, and work effectively within team environments
- HNC/Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline, ideally with professional body membership
- Able to manage shifting priorities with a detail-oriented, analytical, and commercially focused mindset
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and experience working in multi-disciplinary environments
- Proven ability to manage complex plant issues and provide expert technical guidance to operations and maintenance teams.

- An expected starting salary from £55,199 to £77,928 depending on experience and up to (15)% annual bonus
