As Offshore Service Maintenance Technician - WTG you´ll carries out maintenance work on all systems on the wind turbines of the offshore wind farms Amrumbank West, Nordsee Ost and Kaskasi under the direction of the work supervisor. 

 

About the role: 

 

  • Inspection, repair and maintenance of electrical and mechanical components according to work instructions and instructions on the wind turbines
  • Documentation of all work with the help of electronic reporting systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Compliance with occupational safety regulations for maintenance, repair and inspection work
  • Support and promotion of team spirit and collegial cooperation
  • Support at the base / warehouse on bad weather days


Job requirements and experience:

 

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an electrician / mechatronics engineer or mechanic
  • Initial experience in the offshore wind industry is desirable
  • Independence and motivation for professional development
  • Valid offshore training according to GWO standard desirable
  • Strong awareness of occupational safety, high degree of flexibility and physical fitness
  • Knowledge of the relevant German standards and guidelines (e.g. DIN VDE 0105-100, ArbSchG, DGUV, TRBS, BetrSichV)
  • English B1
  • Working in shifts on Helgoland
