To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent

As an O&M Coordinator, you would be Responsible for controlling all relevant systems, planning and work preparation for offshore operations of the offshore wind farms Amrumbank West, Nordsee Ost and Kaskasi and the associated Substations in the so-called Heligoland Cluster Trident in order to ensure safe and smooth operation.

About the role:

• Monitoring and operation of the technical systems of the offshore wind farm by means of control technology and monitoring systems
• Remote troubleshooting of wind turbines and offshore substations in accordance with procedural instructions.
• First contact and remote support of the offshore technicians in carrying out fault clearance and maintenance work
• Detailed short-term planning of all offshore operations in close cooperation with technicians, engineers and warehouse coordinators, by applying daily weather forecasts and re-prioritizing work due to equipment malfunctions
• Ensuring and complying with the specifications regarding occupational safety and environmental protection in compliance with the technical guidelines for optimization
• Respond to network commands to maintain site network compliance. Execution of REMIT notifications.
• Ensuring that required Documentation (SAP, Fluix checklists, etc.) are complete.
• Ensuring the "Zero Incident Policy" and compliance with the specifications regarding occupational health and safety and environmental protection in compliance with the technical guidelines

Job requirements and experience:

• Successfully completed electrical engineering studies or master electrical engineering
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the operational management of an offshore/onshore wind farm.
• Experience as Switching Authorized Person to switch 33KV – 155KV.
• Several years of experience in working with SAP (GUI / Fiori.)
• In-depth experience in strategic planning of annual maintenance and troubleshooting on a Siemens Gamesa 3.6 offshore wind turbine.
• Advanced operational knowledge of offshore wind farms and Vessel Logistic within CTV and SOV Level.
• Willingness to Operate from Heligoland as well as from an SOV in a 13 / 15 Shift Rotation included to work in day / nightshift
