The Lead Planner role involves leading our planning team and working closely with various departments to ensure an optimal balance between corrective and preventative maintenance.

 

Your future plans:

 

 

  • Development and implementation of long and short term planning for maintenance and repair work on wind farm turbines, based on thorough analysis and coordination with the engineers in Hamburg and production on site.
  • Responsibility for the planning of work orders resulting from long-term campaigns as well as short-term troubleshooting measures.
  • Leading and coordinating the planning team, including the Campaign Planner group and the team responsible for the control room.
  • Ensuring economically optimised planning that optimises the balance between corrective and preventive maintenance.
  • Liaising closely with production, engineers, warehouse management and the future central control room to develop interfaces and processes.
  • Taking over shift management in the absence of the Warehouse Manager to ensure continuous and effective communication and coordination between the teams.


Your profile:

 

  • Completed studies in engineering, business administration or a comparable degree with a relevant specialisation.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the planning and execution of maintenance work, ideally in the field of renewable energies or in a comparable technical environment.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience in using SAP PM for effective planning and execution of maintenance activities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic working environment with a willingness to work a shift system (7 days on site, 7 days off).
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English.
