RWE Offshore Wind is one of the world's largest producers of electricity from offshore wind energy and a leading driver of the energy transition. In view of the constant expansion of our renewable energy generation capacity, we constantly need new qualified employees - and this is where you come in. As a working student d/f/m in our Asset Integrity Management Team for the Trident Cluster, you will support us in coordinating all tasks in the areas of approval, certification, environmental monitoring and recurring inspections for the offshore wind farms in operation in Germany.

 

About the role:

 

  • Support in setting project milestones and tracking work packages (e.g. recurring inspections, major component swaps, implementation of R&D projects, authority alignment)
  • Continuous alignment with the responsible operating engineers and service providers, including the identification of dependencies and escalation of potential conflicts
  • Support in the preparation of documents for the regulatory requirements and coordination in cooperation with the responsible operating engineers
  • Clarification and optimization of responsibilities and workflows
  • Assisting with the transfer and maintenance of documentation

 

Job requirements and experiences:

 

  • Current studies in the field of engineering, economics or similar
  • Technical understanding and interest, quick comprehension and high analytical and conceptual skills
  • Ready to familiarize yourself with the diverse topics of operations management
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word and PowerPoint as well as knowledge of the common functions in Excel
  • Open and focused communication
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Regular presence on site in Hamburg is required
