Are you curious about renewable energy and seeking to earn practical experience in an international, collaborative workplace? Join the Engineering Management team at RWE Offshore Wind as a Working Student and support us in managing key interfaces across our European offshore wind development and construction projects.
In this role, you will contribute to coordinating engineering activities, preparing management insights, and ensuring smooth collaboration across disciplines and projects.
  

About the role

 

  • Collaborate closely with the Engineering Management team to support operational and administrative activities
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including optimizing and restructuring team collaboration tools
  • Assist with financial and resource tracking through data analysis, forecasting, and summary reporting
  • Assume responsibility for smaller work packages and manage ad hoc tasks on your own
  • Support the preparation of high-impact presentations and management reports
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and documenting outcomes

 

Job requirements and experience

 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in economics, social sciences, engineering, or a related field
  • Ideally, initial experience in project management, resource controlling, or engineering environments
  • Effective organization skills with a structured and consistent method of working
  • Engaged, communicative, and comfortable acting as a central support function in an international team
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Business-fluent English (written and spoken)
