We are seeking a motivated and creative Student to join our Governance & Digitalisation department from March 2025 onwards. In this role, you will assist with a variety of tasks. This is a great opportunity for a student to gain practical experience in a diverse and innovative environment.
About the role
- Support an international team of business transformation experts in streamlining the Engineering department of up to 500 people
- Suggest and implement solutions to optimise workflows and processes and provide assistance with project coordination and documentation
- Maintaining department-specific SharePoint site and design for internal and external use by updating and organising content improving site functionalities
- Supporting stakeholders in Engineering to optimise departmental efficiency through structured and data-driven budgeting and planning
- Structuring, updating, and analysing Engineering department-specific data using advanced Microsoft Excel features
- Supporting the Governance & Digitalisation department by creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations, ensuring both content accuracy and formatting consistency
- Contribute to driving a culture of continuous improvement. Encouraging feedback, innovation, and learning opportunities to optimise business processes and technical systems over time
Job requirements and experience
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Engineering, Information Technology, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI and SharePoint)
- Very good proficiency of English language
- Proactive, reliable, and structured working methods
- Ability to drive your own assignment / work-package
- Open, team oriented and interdisciplinary interested
- Open-minded and enthusiastic about working in an international and intercultural business environment in the field of renewable energy
