Your responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Workstream Lead Learning & Development for ERP Implementation (SAP S/4 HANA) to manage our enablement initiatives in SAP technologies. You will be responsible for managing the project team and ensuring the successful implementation of the end to end enablement process, including e.g. the learning needs analysis, the enablement activities, hypercare measures. 

  • Manage and inspire a team of learning specialists and trainers by providing guidance, mentorship, and support
  • Conduct learning and development needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements related to SAP S/4HANA across the organization
  • Develop and execute an enablement program aligned with groupwide goals for thousands of SAP End Users
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, IT, the workstreams “Core Business” and “Management Support Functions”, workers council and other relevant stakeholders 
  • Ensure that training materials and enablement measures meet RWE business needs 
  • Identify key performance indicators to measure the impact of SAP training initiatives

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resources or a related field
  • Practical experience in managing a project team
  • Proven experience in designing & managing enablement programs
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles & learning design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills & familiarity with e-learning platforms, learning management systems
  • Strong analytical and project management skills & inspirational leader with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing learning team
  • Business fluent language skills in English and German are necessary

Advantageous, but not a must

  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
