Would you like to play an active role in the organization and coordination of training courses in a leading company in the energy sector? At RWE Generation SE, you will have the opportunity to use your organizational and administrative skills to plan and implement training and development activities. As a central navigator, you will contribute to the growth and development of our employees!

About the role

• You will assist with training coordination at RWE Generation's German sites and ensure efficient planning of training and development.
• You will help with the administration of training data and keep track of ongoing and upcoming training courses.
• You act as a point of contact for colleagues at the various locations and departments. You help them with training questions and support them in finding the right training opportunities.
• You work administratively with systems such as SuccessFactors Learning and AG5 and are willing to support in the implementation of e-learning with the help of tools such as Articulate.
• With your expertise and ideas, you will analyse and evaluate training and development measures and thus contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our training process.

Job requirements and experience

• You are enrolled in an advanced degree program in business administration, economics, social sciences, psychology or a comparable degree program.
• You are confident in using the common Microsoft Office applications.
• You have an affinity for planning and organization and always maintain an overview of parallel processes with your structured way of working.
• You have an analytical and practice-oriented way of working and enjoy getting to grips with new projects and challenges.
• You are a strong team player and enjoy communicating with various stakeholders.
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
