Are you ready to play an active role in the energy transition and gain direct experience of strategic decision-making at executive level? Join our Strategy team at RWE and help advance the company’s global growth strategy in Offshore Wind.
About the role
- Support the further development of RWE’s global growth strategy in Offshore Wind
- Analyze international markets by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and political and regulatory developments
- Prepare high-quality analyses and executive-level presentations, including clear strategic recommendations for senior leadership and the Board
- Contribute to ad-hoc strategic projects and special topics
Job requirements and experience
- Enrolled in a Master’s program in Engineering, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Keen interest in energy markets and offshore wind (prior knowledge is beneficial but not required)
- High level of interest in renewable energy and readiness to work toward a sustainable future
- Demonstrated capacity for strategic thought and problem solving, able to organize and integrate complex information effectively
- Fluent communication skills in German and EnglishTeam-oriented, willing to take initiative, and comfortable working in an evolving, international environment
- Skilled MS Office user, especially experienced with PowerPoint and Excel
