Join our Project Assurance – PMO team and gain practical experience in a supportive, international, and inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and individual strengths. Our team supports project excellence by ensuring transparency, consistency, and performance across the offshore wind portfolio.
As a working student, you will contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of project dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting standards. Working closely with PMO and Project Assurance colleagues, you will help increase the visibility of project performance and support data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation.

About the role

• Support the implementation and enhancement of the Power BI Project Dashboard
• Contribute to the standardisation and alignment of project KPIs
• Help create and maintain a Project Dashboard Guideline
• Support the maintenance and improvement of Installation Live View dashboards
• Assist in gathering and structuring reporting requirements from PMO and Project Assurance stakeholders
• Contribute to ad‑hoc performance analyses and continuous improvement activitiesAssist with data preparation, quality checks, and documentation updates

Job requirements and experience

• Currently enrolled in a degree programme such as Business Administration, Economics, IT, Data Science, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with at least the third semester completed
• Some prior exposure to Power BI or a keen interest in building abilities in dashboard creation and data visualization
• Interest in project management and an understanding of how large-scale projects are structured, monitored, and governed.Structured, consistent, and detail-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in working with data and translating it into meaningful insights
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in a project environment
• Clear and professional written and spoken English skills
