Working Student Procurement d/f/m

As a Working Student at RWE Renewables Europe & Australia GmbH, you will support daily procurement activities in the area of Direct Procurement for our onshore wind and solar projects across Europe & Australia, during both the development and construction phases, as well as in operation and maintenance.

About the role

• Supporting operational onshore wind and solar projects, including ongoing tenders in close collaboration with international and cross-functional teams
• Managing service contracts and agreements for spare parts and other materials for wind turbine generators
• Conducting tender analysis, preparing price comparisons, and contributing to supplier management and lessons-learned documentation
• Managing procurement processes in SAP, including handling purchase requisitions, converting them into purchase orders, placing call-offs against existing framework agreements, and supporting invoice queries
• Preparing management presentations, supporting in the preparation of both internal and external meetings, and handling ad-hoc requests to assist ongoing projects
• Implementing framework agreements in SAP to enable automatic ordering

Job requirements and experience

• Ongoing studies ideally in the field of of Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or similiar
• Proficiency in English and German is essential, knowledge of French is an advantage
• Initial practical experience in an international company, with strong intercultural awareness and openness to working across diverse cultures 
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Strong analytical and communication skills, complemented by a creative mindset, curiosity and a proactive approach
