As a working student (d/m/w) in the area of Process Management you will have the opportunity to get to know an innovative and international purchasing organization. You will support the team with exciting tasks and can gain your first experience in procurement.
About the role
- Contribute to the development of Procurement Excellence concepts, processes, strategies and methods (e.g. process optimization, key performance indicators)
- Enable in projects aimed at advancing the Procurement organization
- Support in tasks for process and system development
- Assist in preparing evaluations and presentations relevant to procurement
- Provide assistance in creating decision-making documents for executives
- Taking on ad hoc requests to support ongoing projects and tasks
- Participation in the creation of manuals and process descriptions for the Procurement department
- Cooperation and exchange with international stakeholders
Job requirements and experience
- You are studying economics, business administration or industrial engineering with a focus on renewable energies and/or supply chain management or a comparable subject with good academic results
- Ideally first experiences in the field of procurement or consulting
- First SAP knowledge is an advantage
- High degree of independence, initiative and team spirit
- Independent working style and analytical-conceptual approach
- Very good language skills in German and English as well as good knowledge of MS-Office
