Our HR team is a critical and integral part of our Offshore Wind business in the UK & Ireland. We work across the whole employee lifecycle supporting teams and projects across the development, construction and operations phases of our wind farms. 
The UK & Ireland is our biggest market and we are growing! We need diverse teams with the right skills, which you can be an integral part of.

 

About the role
 

  • Support our People Management team and the Head of HR UK & IR with various topics throughout the whole employee lifecycle 
  • Supporting us with reward topics and developing a market leading offer
  • Work on development concepts for employees & management
  • Get involved in our early careers strategy and support us with building our talent pipeline of the future
  • Support the team and Head of HR UK & IR with administrative tasks such as meeting management and travel expense processing
  • Learn about our business challenges, conduct research, review and analyse information to address our business needs 
  • Work on concepts, strategies and decision proposals for sponsors and management and share your ideas on the development of new strategic topics and solution for HR Offshore Wind 

 

Job requirements and experience
 

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in business administration, economics, business psychology with a focus on human resources or similar and have achieved excellent academic results (as a Bachelor's student you have already completed the first 3 semesters)
  • First experience working in Human Resources (e. g. as intern or working student) and some knowledge of HR industry and the UK & Ireland is a plus
  • Aptitude for analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking as well as creative and strategic thinking skills
  • Structured, independent working style with a high degree of reliability and commitment
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with a variety of new topics and an elevated level of customer orientation
  • Eager to work in a team with an open feedback culture and strong motivation to develop yourself personally and professionally 
  • Fluent English and German language skills, both verbal and written, as well as advanced MS-Office skills (especially PowerPoint)
