As a working student (d/f/m) at RWE Offshore Wind GmbH, you support our international procurement activities in the area of Indirect Procurement in particular for Italy & Spain.

 

About the Role
 
•    Assist with processing purchase requisitions in SAP
•    Manage supplier registration requests in SAP and oversee the supplier qualification process
•    Analyze and evaluate data, ensuring proper preparation and organization
•    Handle ad-hoc requests to support ongoing projects and initiatives
•    Support the development and preparation of training materials and presentations
•    Ensure proper documentation and archiving for effective backup of orders, on-going contracts and sourcing initiatives


Job requirements and experience
 
•    You are studying business administration or a comparable course of study
•    You have a basic understanding of commercial relationships
•    Your working style is structured, well-organized, and very meticulous
•    You possess a high level of customer orientation
•    Secure IT user knowledge and very good English skills round off your profile
•    Fluent Italian or Spanish skills are beneficial
