About the role
- Project Management Support: Provide support to project managers by helping them to adhere to our standards, ensuring quality and timely project information. Support project managers to ensure proper project setup, execution and project closure.
- Project Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough checks on the quality and completeness of project data including prioritization and budget calculation. Challenge and ensure the quality of individual status updates.
- PMO Tool Ownership: Take responsibility for the content, stability, and continuous improvement of PMO tools.
Your profile
- You are looking forward to expanding the knowledge from your current studies in IT, business informatics or a similar degree program
- Familiarity with project management tools and processes. PMO process knowledge is a strong plus.
- Solid skills in the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management tools (Airtable, Confluence) is an advantage
- You have a careful, precise and structured way of working and are a good team player
- Good communication skills (written and spoken) in English round off your profile, German is a plus
