RWE Offshore is one of the world’s leading offshore wind developers, at the forefront of the global energy transition. As we expand our renewable capacity, the growing demand from Data Center operators and Hyperscalers - driven by AI and decarbonization targets - becomes increasingly important. By collaborating with global stakeholders, you'll engage across various RWE business units, gaining valuable insights into our business models.
 

About the role:

• Support the team in shaping RWE’s global strategy for Hyperscalers and Data Centers
• Collaborate with Global Partnerships teams at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and commercial solutions for Hyperscalers and Data Centers
• Monitor, research, and evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in both established and emerging markets worldwide
• Conduct in-depth analyses of key industry contributors, assessing their business models, decarbonization goals, and investment strategies
• Assist in addressing complex, interdisciplinary issues within RWE and with external partners
• Coordinate, prepare, and follow up on meetings and events
• Maintain SharePoint, CRM systems, and databases to ensure seamless information flow

Job requirements and experience:

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, natural sciences, or a related field
• High organizational and communication skills
• Analytical mindset, capable of quickly understanding complex topics and presenting them clearly
• Creative thinker who enjoys developing unconventional solutions
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills are beneficial
• Interest in the tech sector, especially related to energy and digital infrastructure
