Working Student (d/f/m) Procurement Business Support

In the area of Procurement Business Support you will have the opportunity to get to know an innovative and international purchasing organization. You will support the team with exciting tasks and can gain your first experience in a major organisation. You can start working with us as a working student (d/m/w) with 20 hours per week for at least 12 months or longer.


Your Tasks

As part of a team of administrators, you will be responsible for a range of activities carried out on behalf of the business, including:

  • Creation of purchase requisitions in a specific and uniform format and also efficiently support subsequent processes in SAP
  • Support for the optimal use of SAP and with general questions
  • Reporting of goods receipts and service entries - on behalf of the business
  • Ad-hoc training and support for company requesters, including support for the EPOS (e-commerce) process within RWE
  • Working closely with the procurement team to ensure demand is implemented in a process-compliant manner
  • Ad hoc changes to orders to ensure invoices can be paid on time
  • Support in the timely processing of open invoices – this includes providing missing information from goods receipt or service recording to ensure that invoices are paid on time


Your Profile

  • You are successfully studying Business Administration or a comparable course of study
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
  • SAP knowledge and experience preferred but not a requirement (or any other database)
  • Analytical skills, high resilience as well as an independent, careful and structured way of working
  • Highly motivated and able to solve even complex problems
  • You are a dedicated team player and possess good communication skills
  • Fluent in English (speaking) and German (written and speaking)
