We are looking for a Talent & Development Specialist to join our international team in RWE Generation. This position is an exciting opportunity to bring your career to the next level within the learning and development field in an dynamic and exciting environment.

  • You are mainly responsible for the implementation of the project “MOVE” which includes a language diagnostics tool to identify the development needs of our managers. You are the main contact person during their development journey in all related matters
  • You implement a blended learning platform, which is already in use in the wider RWE group, within RWE Generation to support the development journey of our managers in the best way possible.
  • You support our employees in identifying personal development plans which includes defining their individual development goals as well as providing guidance on appropriate initiatives.
  • You participate in the design, delivery, coordination and measurement of development events and training programs.
  • You design and facilitate trainings, workshops, videos chats to ensure a transparent communication within the organization as well as support for our employees with regards to the different initiatives.
  • You research and identify recent trends to implement innovative initiatives and methods within the learning and development field based on the needs of our business – always considering the context of diversity. 
  • You support various projects and initiatives, including the annual talent identification process as well as the follow-up initiatives, in close cooperation with the HR Operational Team.


Your powerful skills

  • You have successfully completed your degree in psychology, business administration, pedagogics or similar. 
  • You have proven experience in the field of talent and development, ideally in an international and complex environment.
  • You have an excellent understanding of project management as well as stakeholder management.
  • You are a confident communicator and presenter on all levels, both in German as well as in English.
  • You are an innovative and creative individual who can research and implement different routes in a pragmatic and resilient manner.
  • You are a great team player, also able to work independently.
