The Internal Audit & Security unit strengthens RWE’s resilience to external and internal threats and risks, supporting RWE’s 'Growing Green' investment and growth strategy. Our team provides independent auditing services to create added value for the RWE Group and to continuously improve business processes. 

• Responsibility for delivering national and international IT / OT and process audits and consulting services across all business units of the RWE Group 
• Supporting IT / OT governance, IT / OT security and process optimisation projects, etc.
• Identifying IT / OT risks at the various stages of the value chain and developing appropriate mitigation measures
• Reporting and presenting the work results to decision-makers up to Board level
• Supporting regular reporting, monitoring and reporting on the implementation of measures 

Your powerful skills

• University degree (e.g. (Business) Informatics, Natural Science or Engineering)
• Experience in an IT or OT environment 
• Experience as a project manager
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CIA, CISA, CFM) or willingness to obtain them
• Confident handling of process data processing, ERP systems, MS Office products and data analysis tools and high IT affinity
• Business fluency in English (verbal and in writing), ability to put ideas across clearly in German and English and strong communication skills
• You enjoy dealing with international tasks and travelling at home and abroad

Advantageous, not a must

• Understanding of the energy industry and its complexities desirable
