Management Assistant to the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions m/f/t

Your future plans 

  • You will work professionally and independently in office management for the head of M&A including scheduling, coordinating and tracking appointments and, if required, for the M&A team (Mergers & Acquisitions)
  • You will maintain close contact with the Executive Board offices, coordinate external and internal enquiries and handle correspondence in German and English
  • You will support special project-related tasks and budget planning
  • You will organise meetings, events and compile documents, e.g. for Executive Board meetings
  • You will commission third-party services (e.g. BEA bookings, ISP and SAP)
  • You will be responsible for general administrative activities (e.g. travel reservation and accounting)
  • You will prepare evaluations and statistics and coordinate reporting and the report processes

 

Your powerful skills

  • You have completed your commercial training
  • You already have several years of professional experience as a management assistant
  • You are used to communicating confidently, persuasively and with absolute discretion and reliability with different stakeholders (national and international) in German and English language
  • As a skilled organiser, you work in a highly structured and independent manner
  • You enjoy working in a team where you can demonstrate your communication skills and take pleasure in interacting with others
  • You are positive and self-confident person, open to feedback, and extremely keen to develop both personally and professionally
  • You have very good Microsoft Office (primarily Word  and PowerPoint) and SAP skills
