Early Careers, Recruiting and Talent Attraction

  • Recruiting: Support full-lifecycle recruiting processes & take over responsibility for our student recruiting, ensure excellent candidate experience 
  • Talent Attraction: Actively contribute to our talent attraction strategy, create content for various platforms and come up with one-of-a kind HR Marketing initiatives
  • Early Careers: Support organising and participate in Assessment Centers for our Early Career Programmes
  • Data & KPI Management: Manage and analyse relevant data and prepare reporting deliverables
  • Overall support in recruiting and career events

 

People and Organisational Development

  • Assist in planning, organising, implementing, and evaluating development tools and measures for the RWE Supply & Trading GmbH (RWEST) Talent Management and leadership development
  • Research individually suitable training options for RWEST talents
  • Assist in planning, organising, implementing, and evaluating the RWEST 'Traders Training'
  • Help organising local and target-specific training, workshops, and team-building activities in our global locations (e.g. UK and Asia)
  • Be the main point of contact for organisational inquiries from trainers, participants, hotels, etc.
  • Support our colleagues in general administrative tasks and day-to-day operations

 

Your powerful skills 

  • Currently studying towards your Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or completing a post-university GAP year 
  • Educational background in business administration, business psychology, sociology or a comparable programme
  • First experience in Human Resources
  • High level of self-drive and ‘can do’ attitude as well as ability to work independently and in teams
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills as well as high reliability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) 
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
