We are seeking a motivated HR intern to join our People & Organisational Development team. You will support the implementation of strategic HR initiatives that enhance our organisation's performance and culture.

 

Would you like to learn how modern HR projects and processes work in an international corporate group and actively support our Employee Experience team? 

 

Then this could be your future challenge:

  • Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of our onboarding strategy for joiners to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the company
  • Support different tasks within the joiner, mover and leaver processes to ensure efficiency throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Aid in the preparation, analysis and communication of employee surveys and 360° Feedback
  • Support the communication and improvement of our internal job rotation programme 
  • Help in the preparation of team workshops
  • Support the internal marketing of our internal networking platform
  • Assist with data management and KPIs to ensure efficient operations and drive continuous improvement for our different topics
  • Work in change management initiatives by helping to communicate changes to employees and gathering feedback on change effectiveness

 

Your powerful skills

  • Currently studying towards your Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or completing a post-university GAP year
  • Educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A keen interest in organisational development and employee engagement
  • You gained first hand experience in the Human Resources field or similar
  • You are reliable, organized and can work independently as well as in a team
  • You have a creative and “hands on” approach to problem solving 
  • Fluency language skills in English required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 

Advantageous, but not a must

  • Fluency language skills in German is beneficial
  • Familiar with survey tools like Qualtrics
  • Familiar with Jira project management tool 
  • Familiar with the use and design of SharePoint
  • Affinity to innovative tools and platforms
