Your future plans 
Do you want to learn how modern development operates within a big company and actively support our HR People and Organisational Development team? Do you want to work on people development topics in an international environment?

 

Then these could be your future challenges:

  • Assist in planning, organising, implementing, and evaluating development tools and measures for the RWE Supply & Trading GmbH (RWEST) Talent Management and leadership development
  • Research individually suitable training options for RWEST talents
  • Assist in planning, organising, implementing, and evaluating the RWEST 'Traders Training'
  • Help organising local and target-specific training, workshops, and team-building activities in our global locations (e.g. UK and Asia)
  • Be the main point of contact for organisational inquiries from trainers, participants, hotels, etc
  • Support our colleagues in general administrative tasks and day-to-day operations

 

Your powerful skills 

  • Currently studying in the field of business administration, business psychology or a comparable program
  • Have gained initial experience in the field of people development
  • Demonstrate a structured, detail-oriented work style, as well as high reliability and independence
  • Solve problems creatively and with a "hands-on" mentality and be a genuine team player
  • Have excellent German and English language skills, as well as proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)
