IT/OT Solution Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Supporting the development of new software related projects for internal and external use at Renewables 
• Being responsible for the operation and further development of several solutions
• Supporting project organization and planning of the project resources
• Acquiring and transforming requirements into epics, features and user stories together with the product owners and other stakeholders
• Managing the product backlogs in cooperation with the product owners
• Taking over the role as scrum master in your projects
• Acting as agile coach in your projects
• Solution ideation and conception

Your profile

• Relevant experience and certifications within the area of agile coaching, scrum master/product owner, business analysis, requirements engineering and/or IT project management
• Relevant experience in creating and managing digital products and software projects as well as in actively using agile methods, e. g. based on scrum
• Ability to analyse problems and transform them into requirements/backlog items as well as being proactive in taking over end to end responsibility of software projects/solutions
• Understanding of new technology developments and solution patterns for the planning and shaping of digital solutions (e.g. by conducting design sprints)
• Experience in frontend and backend technologies such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, React and web technologies
• Successfully completed university degree in information technology or comparable field and qualification (completed IT apprenticeship with practical experience)
• Business fluent English skills (spoken and written)
