Your role
As an IT Service Management Expert (m/f/d) with a focus on Continual Improvement, you will be responsible for the continuous development and optimisation of our IT Service Management processes. You will design both strategic and operational improvement initiatives and contribute to increasing service quality and customer satisfaction. You will support our team and our customers with your expertise and help to proactively analyse IT processes and make them more efficient.
Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for the implementation and continuous optimisation of ITIL-based ITSM processes
- Identification, evaluation and implementation of improvement measures to increase service quality and efficiency
- Supporting and advising internal teams and customers in all matters relating to the continual improvement process
- Performing process analyses to ensure process conformity and identify optimisation potential
- Collaboration with IT and specialist departments to adapt and further develop ITSM tools and methods
- Development and maintenance of KPIs and dashboards to track improvement measures and monitor success
- Training and awareness raising of employees in the area of IT service management and continual improvement
Your profile
- You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
- You have in-depth knowledge of IT service management, particularly in ITIL frameworks and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
- You have extensive experience in the design, implementation and controlling of end-to-end IT Service Management processes
- You have a strong understanding of processes in connection with ITIL (preferably ITIL Practitioner or higher) as well as knowledge of other standards
- You have a high level of customer orientation, good analytical and conceptual skills, as well as an independent and goal-oriented way of working.
- You have very good presentation skills at the management and technical level, are a strong communicator and business fluent, even with strong stakeholders within the organisation.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
