Your future plans
As a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Project Manager, you will play an important role in shaping and executing our DE&I initiatives with a business-savvy mindset. Reporting to the DE&I Lead within the People and Organisational Development team, you will drive DE&I projects from inception to completion, demonstrating a high level of execution strength and a proactive 'can-do' attitude. 

  • Project Management: Oversee DE&I projects in various areas from start to completion, ensuring meticulous planning, stakeholder engagement, and precision in execution
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including other HR functions, Communications, and external DE&I experts, to foster collaboration and enhance outcomes
  • Communication & Education: Craft and distribute DE&I communication and materials across multiple platforms, enhancing company-wide awareness and engagement
  • Training and Development: Facilitate the creation and delivery of training programs and sessions that promote DE&I principles within the workplace
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute workshops and events aimed at fostering a culture of inclusivity and creating awareness
  • Data Analysis: Regularly analyze DE&I data, such as representation figures and employee surveys, to track the progress of initiatives and identify areas for improvement
  • De-biasing Internal Processes: Engage in the critical examination of internal processes to uncover and address biases
  • Research: Commit to ongoing research on DE&I topics and best practices to inform and evolve our strategic direction
  • Support for DE&I Lead: Assist the DE&I lead in all aspects of daily business, including stakeholder management, reporting, and the creation of presentations, ensuring efficient operation and strategic alignment

Your powerful skills
We're looking for a highly motivated and business-driven candidate, characterized by a hands-on, results-oriented approach and exceptional drive. With your strong communication skills and ability to maintain oversight on projects, you are proactive and dedicated to making a meaningful impact.

  • Professional Background: A minimum of 3 years of experience in fields such as Consulting, Marketing, Brand Management, Communication, or Project Management, showcasing strong initiative and the ability to drive results in a performance-driven environment
  • Execution and Initiative: You possess a high level of initiative, the strength to execute decisively, and a 'can-do' attitude; your track record shows you can develop and complete solutions from start to finish
  • Self-Organization and Project Management: With strong organizational skills and efficiency, you're adept at managing projects to successful completion; your approach emphasizes practical problem-solving and a focus on achieving clear results
  • Interest for DE&I: A genuine interest in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating both in English and German
  • Innovation and Learning: A creative mindset with a passion to embrace and introduce new ideas for DE&I initiatives. You're also a quick learner, eager to pick up new skills and tools
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
