Introduction

Become a Cyber Security Governance specialist and, as part of the Operational Technologies Security team, take responsibility for projects and innovations in the field of OT security. Exciting tasks around secure software applications as well as OT infrastructure and cloud security await you here

 

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the continuous improvement of our ISO27001 based Information Security Management system and rollouts in various countries.
  • You are one of the information Security Officers (ISO) for the OT
  • You support on delivering and reporting on the status of all OT audit recommendations
  • You assist with the development of control frameworks to meet business and regulatory requirements in Europe & APAC
  • You conduct supplier security audits as well as internal security audits
  • You support the specialist departments when it comes to OT security, and accompany corresponding projects.
  • You improve our existing systems, among other things, by optimizing and automating work processes and governance models
  • You carry out risk assessments in the area of processes and applications according to ISO 27001 as well as RWE Group standards
  • You are well networked through regular contact with security managers from our Group and representatives of official authorities in the industry

 

Qualifications

  • A successfully completed degree in computer science/ business/ business informatics/ cyber security
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT & OT technology, from network to application architectures is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking skills paired with a high focus on results and services round off your profile
  • You have gained experience in the security of critical infrastructures and have gained experience in implementing an ISMS (ISO27001). You are certified ISO27001 lead implementer and/or auditor
  • You have gained experience in risk management, in particular managing cyber risks and developing risk management processes.
  • You have experience in project management, working within Agile, PRINCE2 or PMI frameworks.
  • You are passionate about IT security and have acquired good expertise in various areas in the past.
  • When moderating and presenting, you feel comfortable and can inspire tech and non-tech audiences for topics
  • Have extensive experience in presentation skills – getting the message across to stakeholders in a true effective way.
  • Good experience in building new processes and also enhancing existing processes.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of German is a plus.
