The Role
Acting as a lead in Performance and Reporting, as well as Process and Project management, the Performance manager will be at the forefront of continuous improvement throughout the onshore business

 

Responsibilities

 

Performance & Reporting 

  • Act as E2E process owner of Monthly Operational reporting, including coordination of all parts involved in this process, regular process reviews with site and refresh trainings on related products, proactive KPI data quality checks, CI and capture new business requirements for the Operational Reporting Landscape reports or other ORL products, provide regular updates to senior management as well as to the end customers.
  • Define and Own KPIs and operational metrics to support operations to steer their fleet and design standards and methods at fleet level.
  • Support and Develop reporting strategy for Operations
  • Implement and monitor fleet processes related to Performance Reporting
  • Collect and address D2D troubleshooting issues raised by the sites withing the reporting scope.
  • Support in producing weekly & monthly performance reports for multiple technologies (Solar PV, Onshore Wind, BESS)
  • Support in creating team dashboards
  • Respond to Ad hoc requests in day to day work

 

Project Management

  • Support the team of Performance and Process Engineers in setting up projects in close alignment with senior colleagues
  • Realize fleet projects and take over own work packages 
  • Developing project charters, documentation tools, templates and provide an overview of ongoing projects and set-up continuous reporting process
  • Highlight lessons learned and support to draft proposals for improvements; execute workshops

 

Process Management

  • Act as point of contact for the Construction-Operations hand-over process
  • Assist the team of Performance and Process Engineers with the submission of Production Planning values as part of the annual MTP process
  • Support to develop  and implement methods to optimize processes
  • Support/ improve/ develop existing/new tools and processes, assist in the standardization of tools and documentation of OPEA
  • Document implemented processes and systems 

 

Requirements

  • Relevant engineering degree or a demonstrated technical knowledge.
  • Proven work experience in operations or supporting functions for at least 2 years
  • Experience with visualisation software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
  • Knowledge of other supporting tools such as Mural and Airtable is a plus
  • Conceptual, analytical, resilience and a solution-oriented mind-set
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy working in an international team and acting comfortably in various cultural environments
  • Good MS skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
