Are you ready to gain hands-on professional experience while supporting the procurement of electrical systems and turbines for offshore wind projects around the world? Join RWE Offshore Wind in Copenhagen as a Working Student and contribute to international sourcing and contracting activities while developing your skills in procurement, data analysis and stakeholder coordination. This part-time role offers practical insight into how tenders, supplier relationships and contracts help bring global offshore wind projects to life.

About the role

  • Support Category Managers with administrative procurement and contract management activities.
  • Coordinate tender documentation, supplier communications and internal approval processes.
  • Maintain and improve procurement data, market intelligence and contract trackers.
  • Prepare reports, analyse data and support the monitoring of category performance.
  • Assess strategic supplier contracting topics using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Support strategic initiatives across relevant procurement categories.
  • Assist with bid evaluations, contract documentation and stakeholder coordination.
  • Develop your analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills through practical experience on global offshore wind projects.

Job requirements and experience

  • You are completing or have completed an advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics or a related discipline.
  • You have strong organisational skills and a structured approach to administrative tasks.
  • You have very good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with quantitative and data-driven analysis is an advantage.
  • Advanced skills in applying artificial intelligence tools are an advantage.
  • You communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • You are available to work 20 hours per week in Copenhagen, Denmark.
