We are seeking a motivated and creative student to join our Governance & Digitalization department from March 2026 onwards. In this role, you will assist with a variety of tasks. This is a great opportunity for a student to gain practical experience in a diverse and innovative environment. 

 

About the role

 

  • Support an international team of business transformation experts in streamlining the Engineering department
  • Suggest and implement solutions to optimize workflows and processes
  • Provide assistance with internal project coordination and documentation
  • Supporting stakeholders in Engineering to optimize departmental efficiency & Effectiveness through structured and data-driven approach
  • Structuring, updating, analyzing and presenting Engineering department-specific data using advanced Microsoft Excel features and PowerBI
  • Supporting the Governance & Digitalization department by creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations, ensuring both content accuracy and formatting consistency
  • Contribute to promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Encouraging feedback, innovation, and learning opportunities to optimize business processes and technical systems over time 

 

Job requirements and experience

 

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI and SharePoint)
  • Very good proficiency of English language
  • Motivated, reliable, and structured working methods
  • Ability to manage your own assignment / work-package
  • Open, team oriented and interdisciplinary interested
  • Open-minded and motivated to work in an international and intercultural business environment in the field of renewable Energy
