We are seeking a motivated and creative Working Student to join our Engineering Department. In this role, you will assist with a variety of tasks, including creating and maintaining SharePoint sites, preparing professional PowerPoint presentations, supporting communication initiatives, enhancing user experience, and handling other administrative and project-related tasks. This is a great opportunity for a student to gain practical experience in a diverse and innovative environment.
 

About the job:

  • Assist in creating and maintaining department-specific SharePoint sites and design and format high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
  • Update and organize content to ensure a seamless user experience and provide support for troubleshooting and improving site functionalities
  • Work closely with engineers to visualize technical concepts effectively
  • Maintain consistency with corporate branding guidelines
  • Draft and edit departmental communications, such as newsletters, emails, and announcements and support internal events and knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Enhance collaboration tools and support information dissemination
  • Gather and analyze feedback from users to improve SharePoint and communication tools
  • Suggest and implement solutions to optimize workflows and processes and provide assistance with project coordination and documentation
  • Manage and organize engineering-related data and content
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed by the department
     

 

Job Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Engineering, Information Technology, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI and SharePoint)
  • Basic understanding of user experience principles and website/content management
  • Key organizational and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work effectively and proactively
  • Experience with design is advantageous
  • Familiarity with basic project management principles is advantageous
