RWE US Offshore Wind

Boston, Hybrid working 3 days per week.

We are looking for a Project Planner to support our US pipeline of projects within the US. This person would work closely with our Lead US Country Planner in all project planning related tasks such as:

  • Ensure the project schedules in accordance with the project work breakdown structure and ensuring that project schedules are developed to high standard.
  • Assuring that project plans are regularly updated and within levels of certainty to allow effective monitoring, forecasting, control and administration.
  • Ensuring that project schedules conform to the change control process, in terms of liaison, communication and calculation of change notes and change orders.
  • Ensure that standard project planning requirements are met, understood and embedded across all projects in development and Pre-FID
  • Scenario Planning
  • Baselined and logic linked schedules.
  • Updated project schedules- for all projects in line with monthly reporting timescales
  • Identification of schedule risks and flagging of concerns to the lead planner and wider project community
  • Will be ok with some travel. 
  • Is a US Citizen/ US Permanent Resident

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree within a related field or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 + years direct experience working as a project planner
  • Experience working with P6 (Primavera), MS Project, ThinkCell
