The Senior Associate, Project Management for Operational Data and Performance will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding, data management, and performance improvement of operational sites, as well as collaborating and communicating with various internal and external stakeholders.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end to end onboarding procedure for integrating sites into operational applications and reporting systems to guarantee data availability and process functionality
  • Manage and accelerate the problem-solving process for data-related issues, across multiple teams and product owners, to maintain data integrity and enable informed data-based decisions
  • Launch and steer different initiatives to enhance performance at both site and fleet levels to support production and financial targets
  • Utilize state-of-the-art project management tools to strategically plan and ensure timely execution of each project milestone
  • Conduct impromptu meetings as necessary to enhance communication and accelerate issue resolution
  • Collaborate with multiple organizational stakeholders to establish clarity and accountability
  • Foster connections with peers from engineering, operations, IT, and asset management to ensure prompt action

 

Job Requirements and Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree required in engineering, science, business, or similar discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the renewable energy sector
  • Minimum 5 years’ leading initiatives for performance improvement across multiple teams and departments
  • A Master’s degree can substitute for 2 years of work experience
  • Experience in managing complex and multi-faceted projects with multiple deliverables, dependencies, and timelines
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and best practices, such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, etc
  • Expertise in utilizing project management applications and platforms like Trello, Jira, Microsoft Planner, and AirTable
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across different functions and locations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2, is a plus
  • Familiarity with databases (like SQL) and BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or SAP Analytics Cloud) is beneficial
  • Familiarity with programming languages (like JavaScript, python) is beneficial
