HSE Manager Onshore - Greece

Your tasks:

• Manage and support health, safety, and environmental (HSE) assistance for assigned units, including cooperation with authorities
• Advise management on HSE responsibilities and promote a strong HSE culture
• Develop and improve the Greek HSE Management System
• Ensure compliance with legal HSE requirements and liaise with regulatory authorities
• Track HSE the HSE performance of Business units and its assets
• Conduct Root Cause Analyses for significant events and cooperate with relevant authorities
• Provide safety-related training and conduct hazard risk assessments
• Perform frequent site visits, inspections, and ensure compliance with legislation
• Manage emergency and crisis management activities
• Participate in international working groups and HSE related improvement projects

Your profile:

• M.Sc./Diploma in engineering, safety, risk engineering, or a related field
• Over 6 years of HSE-specific experience. Ideally experienced in utility scale construction of renewable energy assets
• Strong knowledge of Greek Health & Safety and Environmental legislation and internationally recognised HSE Management Systems (ISO 14001, 45001 or similar)
• Analytical skills and ability to work both independently, teams and to manage diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel, including internationally
