Training Assistant

RWE Renewables Americas LLC, Abilene, Vereinigte Staaten (US)  

To start on 01/09/2021 or To start as soon as possible, Part time, Permanent

 

The training administrator position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the training center. This includes but is not limited to supporting the training team, preparing and reviewing reports, working with training calendar and class schedules, and coordinating with other departments.  

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Facility Administrative Services
    • General office tasks (answer calls; prepare shipping documents and packages; etc.)
    • Coordinate travel arrangements.
    • Coordinate meetings, events & lunches.
    • Schedule employee training as needed.
  • Procurement and Inventory Management
    • Enter/Track/Receipt purchase requisitions and orders for office purchases and services.
    • Assist with service contracts and tracking of facility purchases for tools, equipment, and parts.
    • Support ordering of all office supplies and office consumables.
  • Reporting and Training Team Assistance
    • Assist with training scheduling, tracking and notifications.
    • Assist with filing and maintenance of training records.
    • Recordkeeping or special projects as assigned.
    • Assist with training learning management system or LMS.
    • Manage file system for project documents.
    • Add/revise documents to document management system.
    • Track vehicle maintenance and renewals
    • Primarily an office environment (desk job) and includes driving to restaurants to pick up lunches for training classes.

Qualifications:

 

  • 2+ years of experience in similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word, and MS Outlook)
  • Associates degree in related filed of either education/learning/training/administration.
